At Eastway Wellness, we are excited to welcome new patients to our clinic, where compassionate care and personalized treatments come together to support your health and well-being. We accept new patients in all of our locations.
We accept health insurances, worker compensations, and auto insurances. For patients paying out-of-pocket, we offer $5 discount with cash payment. We do not bill Medicare, but we can provide a receipt for reimbursement.
New patients are encouraged to download and complete the Patient Medical History form in advance, and bring them with you to your first appointment.

Patient Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To confirm your first appointment, all new patients are required to provide a credit card and a $50 deposit at the time of scheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance for both initial and follow-up visits.
If your appointment is scheduled within 48 hours, please call, email, or text us as soon as possible with any changes.
Initial visits: Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours will result in your $50 deposit being charged and non-refundable.
Follow-up visits: Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a $25 late cancellation fee.
